Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port landline, 1300 and 1800 numbers from your current provider and handle the paperwork, so your customers keep calling the numbers they already know. Most ports complete within [X business days].
Do I need to buy new phones?
Not necessarily. Our service works with most SIP desk phones, including Yealink and Fanvil models, and with our desktop and mobile apps. If you need new handsets, we can supply Yealink phones and headsets.
What’s the difference between Hosted PBX and SIP trunking?
Hosted PBX is a complete phone system that we host in the cloud: you plug in phones or use the apps. SIP trunking connects a phone system you already own to the phone network, replacing traditional phone lines.
