Why a 1300 number
Look bigger. Stay reachable. Never change numbers again.
A national presence
A 1300 number tells customers you serve all of Australia, not one suburb.

Route callers to the nearest branch, a central team, or whoever’s on call.
Yours for life
Move premises, change phone systems or switch providers and keep the same number.
Call routing
Route calls your way
Set rules once and your 1300 number handles the rest: greetings, menus, queues, after hours and holidays.

- From a mobile: included in most plans’ call allowance.

Prices in AUD, [inc./ex.] GST. You pay for incoming call time; your callers pay their own provider.
What is the difference between 1300 and 1800?
Both are national numbers. With 1300, callers pay about the cost of a local call and you pay a lower incoming rate. With 1800, calls are free for your customers and you cover the call cost.
