Do I need a phone system to use a business number?
No. A number can simply ring your existing mobile or landline. Add Hosted PBX later when you want queues, extensions and the apps.
Can I have more than one number?
Yes. Many businesses pair a 1300 or 1800 number with local numbers for each city or team, all ringing the same phones or queues.
Can I get a memorable number or phoneword?
Tell us the digits you would like and we will check what is available. Premium and phoneword numbers are allocated through the government’s Smartnumbers system; if you already hold one, you can bring it to CloudLine.
How quickly can a new number be live?
