Why a 1300 number

Look bigger. Stay reachable. Never change numbers again.

A national presence

A 1300 number tells customers you serve all of Australia, not one suburb.

One number, every office

Route callers to the nearest branch, a central team, or whoever’s on call.

Yours for life

Move premises, change phone systems or switch providers and keep the same number.

Call routing

Route calls your way

Set rules once and your 1300 number handles the rest: greetings, menus, queues, after hours and holidays.

  • Custom greetings & IVR menus
  • Queues and auto-attendants
  • Ring mobiles, landlines or the apps
  • Voicemail to email

More in the Help Centre, or call 1800 256 830.

What is the difference between 1300 and 1800?

Both are national numbers. With 1300, callers pay about the cost of a local call and you pay a lower incoming rate. With 1800, calls are free for your customers and you cover the call cost.

Can I choose my number or use a phoneword?

Tell us the digits you would like when you request a number and we will check what is available. Premium and phoneword numbers are allocated through the government’s Smartnumbers system; if you already hold one, you can bring it to CloudLine.

Can I move my existing 1300 number to CloudLine?

Yes. Moving a 1300 number costs $60.50 once off, then the normal monthly fee. See number porting.

How do I change where calls go?

Ask our support team, or change it yourself in the [customer portal: confirm].

How long does setup take?

Usually [X] business days from your request.
