What your callers pay

What is the difference between 1300 and 1800?
Both are national numbers. With 1800, calls are free for your customers and you cover the call cost. With 1300, callers pay about the cost of a local call and you pay a lower incoming rate.
Can I choose my number or use a phoneword?
Tell us the digits you would like when you request a number and we will check what is available. Premium and phoneword numbers are allocated through the government’s Smartnumbers system; if you already hold one, you can bring it to CloudLine.
Can I move my existing 1800 number to CloudLine?
Yes. Moving a 1800 number costs $60.50 once off, then the normal monthly fee. See number porting.
