Desktop app hotkeys
Use keyboard shortcuts in the CloudLine desktop app to answer, transfer and hang up calls without reaching for the mouse.

Turn hotkeys on
Hotkeys are switched off until you turn them on.
- Open the desktop app settings. On Windows, right-click the CloudLine icon in the system tray and choose Settings. On a Mac, open the app menu and choose CloudLine Desktop Client > Settings.
- In the Hotkeys section, tick each action you want to use.
- To change a hotkey, click the hotkey field beside the action, then press your new key combination.
- Optional: tick Notify When Hotkey Conflicts. Each time you log in, the app checks whether another program uses the same keys and warns you if it does.
Key combinations must start with Ctrl, ⌘, Shift or Alt and include at least one letter or number.
