Unlimited and Unlimited Plus are for normal business calling. They are not for call centres, telemarketing or auto-diallers; choose Pay As You Go for those. If a channel is used well beyond normal business calling, we will talk to you about moving it to Pay As You Go. Fair use policy

Unlimited works out cheaper once a channel makes about 250 minutes of mobile calls a month, or roughly 12 minutes a working day.
